returns to his homeland in 2021 as manager and chef of the restaurant bar Atrium Roc\u00edo, an emblematic place in the center of Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda that captivates with the beauty and tranquility of its patios. We have to thank Antonio for the change for the better that the menu has had, now you can eat unique and sophisticated dishes in a typical Andalusian atmosphere.<\/p><p>In Atrium Rocio enjoy a fresh cuisine, Sanl\u00facar Asian fusion, which loves to mix flavors from different continents, but the chef does not forget his roots and every day is a typical stew of the land, highlighting the sailors: tuna encebollado, rice, noodles with prawns, &#8230; They also prepare game on request: suckling pig, lamb, &#8230;<\/p><p>Most of the dishes on the menu are creations of the chef, some examples that do not go unnoticed and leave you with the taste of wanting to eat them again: Poached egg stuffed with prawns with tomato with sherry vinegar, Lasagna of bull tail with Wantun pasta, Roll california stuffed with Cuban sandwich, its flavor is intense, it is accompanied by an optional sauce for lovers of spicy, Beef tartar, smoked on the spot with olive wood and the egg yolk is simulated with a honey mustard, Torta de In\u00e9s Rosales with Guacamole and caramelized tomato, and the unique and much loved Tuna Tartar with soy and a special very citric ingredient that makes this tartar inimitable and irresistible.<\/p><p>As for wines, you will have all those distributed by Barbadillo, as well as a selection of Riberas del Duero and Riojas.<\/p><p>It has capacity for 120 diners, which are divided into a lounge and two charming courtyards.<\/p><p>Antonio S\u00e1nchez Camacho learned to cook from his parents, both from Sanl\u00facar and with a restaurant in the town.
